I was a huge fan of Everyblock, which endeavored to create neighborhood chat groups around the country. Facebook groups seemed to overtake that – except in places where Everyblock’s successor, Nextdoor has taken hold. As you’d expect, there’s some next level craziness, which the “Best of Nextdoor” Instagram account lovingly captures.
