Battle of Lincoln Park

I just finished Daniel Kay Hertz’ “The Battle of Lincoln Park”, a remarkable book about Lincoln Park’s gentrification and how it happened. I grew up the in the neighborhood, and this book explained so much. It’s an amazing history about the shameful violence committed on families in the name of urban renewal.
